Our surgery provides services at ground floor level for patients with particular needs. It is accessible to patients using a wheelchair. Designated disabled parking spaces are located in the church car park for patient use displaying a disabled sticker. Please do not abuse these.
If you have a disability please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your requests. We can arrange interpretation and translation services in person or by phone for patients who do not speak English. Please let us know if you need this service when booking an appointment.
We also have a ‘loop’ facility for patients with hearing difficulties.
If access proves difficult to any disabled patients, we would be happy to consider any suggestions for improvement.
